Location: This is a full-time on-site role based in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, offering the chance to be part of a collaborative office environment and a growing suburban Pittsburgh legal market.


Note: Must have experience in estate planning, probate, and/or elder law. Medicaid spend down planning experience is highly valued. Pennsylvania bar admission is strongly preferred for candidates to be considered competitively.

Job Description

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and elder law issues
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters from intake through resolution
  • Counsel families on long-term care planning, asset protection, and related legal considerations
  • Support or lead Medicaid planning and spend down matters, depending on experience
  • Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a growing, team-driven office
  • Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through excellent legal work and client care


Qualifications

  • JD and active bar license
  • 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in estate planning, probate, and/or elder law
  • Strong drafting, client counseling, and communication skills
  • Medicaid planning or spend down strategy experience is a strong plus
  • Originations are a plus for more senior candidates
  • Comfortable working on-site full-time
