We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help expand our presence in the San Diego market.


Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. A California real estate license is highly preferred. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in building relationships and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow escrow business by building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct regular in-person sales calls and networking meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Leverage social media platforms and digital tools to maintain visibility and engage with clients and prospects.
  • Plan and host industry events, mixers, and educational sessions to strengthen relationships and promote our services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals as established by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Cal Pacific Escrow, ensuring professionalism and integrity in every interaction.


Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful outside sales experience required. Real estate sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions is a must!
  • License: A California Real Estate License is highly preferred (or ability to obtain one).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and social media marketing.
  • Self-Motivated: Must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to attend after-hours networking events and adapt to a non-traditional schedule.
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
