Our firm is partnering with a rapidly expanding, tech-forward industry disruptor that is gaining massive market share in the Florida title landscape. We are seeking a high-performing, Florida-Specialized Escrow Officer who wants to move beyond traditional, manual workflows.

This role is a remote opportunity for anyone living in Florida. It will include a base salary + additional compensation on a monthly basis.
Florida Lifecycle Management: Lead the full escrow lifecycle for complex residential and commercial transactions strictly within Florida, ensuring 100% compliance with Florida Administrative Code and Florida Statutes (Chapter 626).
Technical Execution: Utilize Qualia to manage title commitments, clearing requirements, and final file balancing with surgical precision.
AI Integration: Proactively adopt and utilize AI-enhanced tools to automate communications and streamline the "Clear to Close" process.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the receipt and disbursement of funds in accordance with Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) regulations and specialized underwriting guidelines.
Complex Curative Work: Independently identify and resolve Florida-specific title defects, including probate issues, homestead complexities, and municipal lien mitigations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Provide a premium, high-touch closing experience for Florida-based lenders, Realtors, and investors.
Professional Background: 5+ years of dedicated experience as an Escrow Officer or Title Closer within the State of Florida.
Florida Regulatory Mastery: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Florida’s unique title standards, including Form 9 endorsements, Florida-specific tax prorations, and homestead laws.
Licensure: Florida Title Agent License is highly preferred; must have a thorough understanding of the duties of a "Primary Agent" as defined by Florida law.
Software Proficiency: Advanced, expert-level experience with Qualia is required.
