This is a unique position opening to join a very ambitious and fast-growing family of companies. We are seeking a Junior Attorney with an assertive, dynamic personality who is eager to learn and grow within the real estate and title industry. This role offers direct mentorship from our Managing Attorney and hands-on exposure to the legal and operational aspects of real estate closings and homeowner representation.

This attorney will work closely with our Managing Attorney and Chief Operating Officer, assisting with legal matters, title and closing preparation, research, and supporting the closing process from contract to post-closing.

This is an excellent chance for an attorney looking to get their foot in the door with a rapidly growing organization and build a long-term career in real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings
• Prepare and review closing documents and settlement statements
• Conduct title research and assist with clearing title issues
• Support legal claims and transaction-related matters
• Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Work directly with Managing Attorney on legal strategy and guidance
• Participate in improving operational workflows and client experience

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in FL
• Interest in real estate, title, and closing operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Assertive, professional, and team-oriented personality
• Excellent communication and client service mindset
• Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
