About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems / ERP Administrator to own our ERP system, with primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).


This hands-on role combines ERP implementation support, system ownership, business process optimization, and Level 1 & 2 IT support in a manufacturing environment. You’ll be the go-to expert driving a successful ERP rollout and long-term system excellence.


What You Will Do

ERP Implementation & Ownership (Dynamics 365 F&O)

  • Serve as the primary functional and administrative owner of the ERP system
  • Support configuration, testing, data validation, and go-live activities
  • Own ERP configuration, master data, user access, security roles, and workflows
  • Act as the first point of contact for ERP questions, issues, and enhancements
  • Drive post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement


Manufacturing & Business Process Support

  • Support core processes in production, inventory, procurement, and finance
  • Identify process gaps and translate business needs into ERP solutions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and data integrity


Level 1 & 2 IT Support

  • Provide hands-on support for ERP users and core business applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access provisioning
  • Coordinate with external IT partners when needed


What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in ERP administration or business systems support
  • Hands-on experience supporting an ERP system in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong Level 1 & 2 IT support background
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work directly with end users
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort working independently as the main internal systems owner


Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or legacy AX)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps
  • Experience with ERP implementations or major upgrades
  • Basic knowledge of networking and server environments
