Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager - Finance to lead the delivery of Workday Finance initiatives within a complex, regulated environment, driving program execution and ensuring alignment across workstreams.

Position Description: This role involves leading end-to-end Workday Finance implementations, managing program scope and risks, overseeing cross-functional coordination, and driving program governance to deliver scalable, high-quality system solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Manage program scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery across multiple workstreams
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into system solutions and implementation strategies
• Oversee cross-functional coordination between Finance, IT, and third-party vendors
• Drive program governance, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and executive updates
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery within a complex, regulated environment
• Support system design, configuration oversight, and integration planning across Finance modules
• Ensure successful execution of testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Mentor and guide project team members while fostering accountability and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of ERP program or project management experience
• Proven experience leading Workday Finance implementations (minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations)
• Strong understanding of Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Procure-to-Pay, Financial Reporting)
• Experience operating in complex, highly regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and multi-stream program delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or similar enterprise environments
• Familiarity with integrations, data migration, and reporting within Workday
• PMP or similar certification
