Role Summary:
Senior engineering leader to drive execution at scale across complex digital experience projects This role is not Handson coding and not project management The focus is anticipatory technical leadership platform integrity and delivery velocity across multiple concurrent initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Lead execution across multiple parallel workstreams within a shared platform ecosystem
Anticipate and force early decisions on key technologies and interactions covering but not limited to
CMS platform structure and content modelling
Design systems and experience frameworks
Front end integrations react
Omni channel experience technologies
Identity SSO
Identify risks early and escalate decisively when missing inputs or decisions block progress
Ensure teams move fast without rework by locking foundations upfront
Establish a repeatable delivery model factory with dependencies for faster feature rollout
Experience Skills
10 years leading large digital platforms and experience ecosystems
Strong understanding of
Frontend frameworks React SPA concepts
CMS platforms Optimizely or similar
APIdriven architectures
CICD and automation
Design systems
Tshaped technical leader with strong execution instincts
Comfortable holding product UX and engineering teams accountable and early escalations Delivery Lead.
Primary skills: Enterprise Architect; CMS, Frontend technology’s, managing team.
