Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to apply engineering theory and principles to industrial layout and manufacturing production challenges. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, uphold quality standards, and support production planning through data-driven analysis and technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage and support a variety of projects within the Manufacturing & Engineering department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing time, motion, methods, and speed across maintenance and production operations to establish standard production rates and drive continuous efficiency improvements.
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas while collaborating with management and engineering staff to define quality and reliability standards.
  • Reviewing worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets to ensure records comply with quality assurance requirements.
  • Supporting the planning of work assignments by considering worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and potential delays.
  • Developing charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, floor layouts, material handling processes, and machine utilization.


Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:

  • Producing and reviewing engineering drawings, sketches, and technical computations.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
  • Utilizing CAD software and other engineering-related computer applications to support design and production activities.
  • Communicating technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to engineering challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant engineering software.
  • Ability to produce and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering computations.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
