Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Employment Immigration Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role focuses on providing strategic counsel and hands-on support to corporate clients navigating U.S. employment-based immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) and immigrant petitions (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
  • Advise corporate clients on immigration strategies, compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee and prepare petitions, applications, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Collaborate with HR teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant filings
  • Stay current on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policy guidance
  • Supervise and mentor paralegals and junior staff as needed
  • Represent clients in communications with government agencies, including USCIS, DOL, and DOS


Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
  • Demonstrated expertise in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
  • Familiarity with immigration case management systems
  • Prior experience working with corporate clients or in a law firm setting
