Employment and Labor Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting investigatory interviews and fact development
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Preparing initial pleadings and administrative position statements
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Managing matters efficiently from inception through resolution
• Taking and defending depositions (preferred, but not required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to employment and labor matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the New York State Bar
