Employee Engagement Project Manager (Marketing)
Location: Reading, PA (Partial Remote – up to 2 days)
Position Summary
We are seeking an Employee Engagement Project Manager to drive the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives that enhance associate experience, strengthen connection, and support a high-performing, people-first culture.
This role partners closely with Marketing leadership to bring engagement strategies to life—owning the coordination and delivery of onboarding programs, learning forums, and cross-functional initiatives that align teams, improve collaboration, and reinforce company values.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, able to manage multiple programs, think creatively about engagement, and ensure projects are delivered with strong communication, structure, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives across Marketing, including onboarding programs, forums, and culture-building events
- Partner with leadership to implement strategic programs that connect associates to business priorities, brand, and team objectives
- Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables) across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding experiences and engagement touchpoints that build community, clarity, and early productivity for new hires
- Support the design and execution of Marketing forums and learning experiences that drive alignment, innovation, and collaboration
- Ensure strong project governance—tracking progress, maintaining documentation, running cross-functional meetings, and communicating updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team connectivity across the Marketing organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, employee engagement, program management, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project tracking tools
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Compensation:
$80-110K
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
