Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to help turn ideas into meaningful impact across national campaigns, market initiatives, and local restaurant marketing. This role partners closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, resources, deliverables, and communications across creative projects spanning national, market, and local teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between national strategy and local execution
  • Own project setup, tracking, and delivery within Adobe Workfront
  • Anticipate project needs, identify risks early, and proactively drive solutions to keep work on track
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and consistent communication throughout all project phases
  • Support execution of national campaigns, creative asset development, and local activations that engage customers and strengthen community connection

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency, marketing, or creative services environment
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns from national strategy to local activation
  • Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a genuine desire to support and serve internal teams and partners
  • Proven ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across teams
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
