Creative Marketing Manager [82095]

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Auburn Hills, MI area to find a full-time Creative Marketing Manager who can bring together strong creative instincts, hands-on execution, and team leadership.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has grown up in creative, branding, or design-focused marketing roles and is ready to lead a small team while still staying close to the work. The right person will be equally comfortable guiding creative direction, developing marketing collateral, and jumping in to help bring ideas to life across print and digital channels.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a small creative/marketing team
• Oversee the development of print and digital marketing materials
• Create and manage assets such as catalogs, brochures, sales collateral, trade show materials, presentations, email campaigns, social assets, and brand communications
• Help shape and maintain a cohesive visual brand across channels
• Partner with internal stakeholders to turn business needs into strong creative solutions
• Balance hands-on creative execution with project leadership and team collaboration
• Support broader marketing initiatives with a strong eye for design, messaging, and brand consistency

What we’re looking for

• 5–8+ years of experience in a creative, brand, or marketing design role
• Experience leading or mentoring designers, coordinators, or small creative teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on creative work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience producing a mix of print and digital collateral
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, wholesale, trade, or product-focused environments is a plus
