Job Title: EMC-Technician
Job Description

Join our team as an EMC-Technician where you will work on the 1st shift from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with minimal overtime. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are meticulously followed and documented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and production procedures and document all processes for assigned work.
• Perform manual production tasks including material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.
• Engage in tasks associated with natural dairy flavor manufacturing.
• Utilize a computer inventory control system effectively.
• Efficiently complete assigned tasks and duties.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Essential Skills

• HACCP and GMP experience.
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in food production, with mixing/blending experience being advantageous.
• Experience in quality documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude and compounding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge and understanding of food safety requirements.
• Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Quality Food program.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage frequent changes and unexpected delays professionally.
• Capability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.

Work Environment

Work in a Food Flavor and Probiotic ingredient facility that is family-owned and team-oriented. Minimal overtime is required, which is always voluntary. Employees benefit from a lunch program and a competitive vacation and holiday program, along with a great benefits package.

This is a Permanent position based out of SAUKVILLE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Benefits will be provided by client upon candidates request or if candidate requests the benefits before they start.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in SAUKVILLE,WI.
