Job Description
This position supports the production of small drone engines in a structured, quality-focused manufacturing environment. You will perform hands-on mechanical and light electrical assembly of brushless DC motors, working with components such as stators, rotors, housings, shafts, and bearings. The team includes multiple machine operators and a lead technician, with the lead technician handling complex soldering and final quality checks to ensure each motor meets stringent performance standards.

Work Environment
You will work on a fast-paced production floor within a conditioned warehouse environment, primarily on an assembly line focused on small drone engine and motor production. The role involves repetitive, hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly tasks that require manual dexterity and consistent attention to detail. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, presses, fixtures, balancing equipment, and basic measuring and inspection tools. The position requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and other required gear, must be worn at all times in accordance with safety policies. The environment follows structured manufacturing and 5S principles, with clearly defined workstations, documented work instructions, and quality-controlled processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.74 - $26.02/hr.
