Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an Electronics Test Technician with experience testing electromechanical systems for our client a large aerospace and defense manufacturer.
Pay: $32 per hour
Responsibilities
- Test hardware such as experimental motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, solenoids, and other components by applying electrical theory and related knowledge
- Modify developmental or operational electrical machinery and electrical control equipment
- Diagnose malfunctions and failures of mechanical or electrical operational equipment.
Requirements:
- 4-6 Years of experience of proven experience testing and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators
- Strong understanding of electrical theories, circuitry, and fault isolation techniques
- Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and engineering documentation accurately
- Excellent documentation skills to record test results and non-conformance issues
- Ability to assist engineers with concise test data and effective feedback
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
