Electronic Technician

• Perform functional, diagnostic, and performance testing on electronic assemblies, PCBs, and finished products
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems down to the component level (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.)
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Set up and operate test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators
• Document test results, failures, and corrective actions clearly and accurately
• Support engineering teams with prototype builds, testing, and validation
• Assist in developing and improving test procedures and fixtures
• Identify root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions
• Perform rework, soldering, and assembly as needed
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• 5+ years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair
• Strong understanding of electronic components and circuits
• Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams
• Hands-on experience with common test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Soldering and rework experience
