Job Title: Electronic Assembler - 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd shift Openings

Job Description

Join our team as a Electronic Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling various electronic parts and pieces based on blueprints. This position demands a keen attention to detail, proficiency in reading blueprints, and strong math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate machines
  • Perform hand assembly of various products.
  • Conduct final assembly and packaging of different assemblies.
  • Screen and separate various parts.
  • Record assembly time data and complete all associated routing, quality documents, and related forms.
  • Perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.
  • Assist in other production areas as needed.
  • Focus on increasing productivity in all activities.
  • Follow necessary PPE requirements, appropriate ISO specifications, and company procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with electronic assembly or mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in electronics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in PC operations, soldering, mechanical assembly, production, and wiring.

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely clean and sterile, with work stations organized in 'pods' for different departments.

Each station is equipped with large desks and various equipment.

The facility is large.

It is attached to a warehouse and corporate office, facilitating interaction with various departments.

The dress code is casual, requiring long pants and closed-toe shoes.

Shifts include

  • First (7am-3:30pm)
  • Second (3pm-11:30pm),
  • Third (11pm-7:30am, Sun-Thur)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
