Position SummaryPrideStaff is currently sourcing motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers and Production Associates for several premier manufacturing and electronics clients in the Erlanger, KY area.
Whether you have a background in intricate electronic assembly (soldering, PCB components) or heavy-duty mechanical production, we have a spot for you. These are temp-to-hire roles designed for individuals looking to plant roots with reputable local companies.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasks will vary depending on the specific client, but generally include:
Assembly: Putting together components manually or using hand/power tools.
Technical Reading: Following blueprints, schematics, or standardized work instructions (SOPs) to ensure accuracy.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects or misalignments to maintain high standards.
Machine Operation: Tending to production machinery and performing basic troubleshooting if needed.
Documentation: Tracking production numbers and reporting any material shortages or equipment issues.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly is preferred (Electronic assembly/soldering experience is a huge plus for specific roles).
Skills: Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Competitive Pay: Earn up to $23.00/hr starting.
