Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Centerville, IA

Pay Range: 17.08

Shift: 3rd shift. 10:40PM-7AM

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to standard work procedures.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Conduct visual inspections to maintain quality standards of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and promote a safety-first culture.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level experience acceptable.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
