Wire Harness/ Assembly Technicians 1st & 2nd Shift Available - Direct Placement

IPC‑620 experience required - Certification NOT required

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Wire Harness / Assembly Technicians to build high‑reliability cable assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and space programs. This is a hands-on role working with detailed instructions and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cable harnesses and wire assemblies using drawings and work instructions
  • Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and routing
  • Inspect your own work and support quality inspections
  • Rework non-conforming parts as needed
  • Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean work area

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of wire harness or cable assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings and instructions
  • Experience with crimpers, strippers, and soldering tools
  • Able to stand for most of the shift

Work Environment Clean, air‑conditioned manufacturing site producing cable assemblies for aerospace, space, and military applications.

Additional Information:

1st shift: 5:30am-2:00pm

2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm

Must be able to work OT if needed.

If you have a Current or Expired IPC620 Certification or JSTD Certification:

$25-$30/hr ($52,000-$62,400/year)

If you DO NOT have a Current or Expired IPC620 Certification:

1st shift: $21-$22/hr

2nd shift: $23-$24/hr

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $62400.00/yr.
