Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to assist with medium to large size residential and/or commercial construction projects, including both new builds and reconstructions. You will be responsible for running wire, bending conduit, and installing security systems, access control systems, alarms, and CCTV systems. Responsibilities

  • Install electrical systems on new commercial construction projects
  • Run, pull, and terminate wire for lighting, power, and equipment
  • Bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
  • Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and layouts
  • Assist with panel installations, devices, lighting, and trim-out
  • Work independently or with a crew to meet project schedules
  • Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite

Essential Skills

  • Valid PERC Card (Required)
  • Experience in commercial new construction electrical work
  • Strong conduit bending and wire-pulling skills
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and job specifications
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full jobsite hours
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a crew

Work Environment

All work will take place on new construction residential/commercial job sites, including industrial facilities, commercial buildings, hotels, and high-end residential areas. You will interact with general contractors and other subcontractors on site, working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
