We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MA Commercial Licensed Electrician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial electrical projects, including new installations, renovations, and maintenance across various construction sites. As a licensed professional, you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work complies with local codes and safety standards while delivering top-quality service. Your expertise in utility-scale, industrial, and commercial electrical systems will drive successful project completion and client satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on construction sites and industrial facilities, adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute electrical layouts and modifications
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues and ensure proper system operation
- Conduct renovations and upgrades on existing electrical infrastructure while maintaining safety protocols on construction sites
- Read schematics and technical manuals to guide installation processes for industrial electrician systems
- Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and handyman personnel to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless integration of electrical components
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a strong background in commercial electrical systems within construction or renovation environments
- Valid MA Commercial Electrician license demonstrating compliance with state licensing requirements
- Hands-on experience working with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for electrical installations
- Familiarity with low voltage wiring, high voltage circuits, and NEC safety standards
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment effectively
- Utility-scale PV Solar experience is a plus
