Job Title: Electrical Superintendent / Construction Manager (BESS)
Location: FL and LA,AK
Contract Type: 12 Months – Extendable
Job Description / Ideal Background
1. Must be able to read electrical drawings and familiar with Solar /BESS(Battery Energy Storage System) site.
2. Strong understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) systems
3. Experience crimping terminations and cable work
4. Strong inverter and cabling experience
5. Prefer candidates with strong field experience and a background working on job sites
Preferred background:
1. Lineman → Foreman → Superintendent
2. Master Electricians are also acceptable , even if they have not held a formal supervisory role.
3. However, they must understand that this role is primarily oversight and contractor management, not a hands-on electrical position.
4. Will be overseeing contractor builds
5. Role requires ~80% of time in the field
