Electrical Project Manager

Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of commercial work in the Florida Keys market. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on tenant improvements, remodels, and ground-up builds.

Project Size:

$250K – $5MM (Commercial)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years in the electrical trade
• 2+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience with commercial TI, remodels, and ground-up work
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
