Opportunity:
Seeking an Industrial Electrical Project Manager to lead projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope with pre-construction team
- Estimate resources and manage procurement
- Handle permits and regulatory requirements
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and job costs
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years project management experience in construction
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of NEC and blueprint reading
- Budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong leadership
Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or P6
