Title: Electrical Estimator - Mid and Senior level needed
Location: Jackson, TN is 1st choice (could work from Atlanta or Columbus)
Duration: 12 months contract to hire
Pay: $50 - $65 for mid-level │ $70 - $80 for senior level
Overtime: 1.5x
Schedule: 40+ hours a week

About the Role – Estimator:
The Estimator plays a key role in pre-project planning by analyzing project documents, developing cost estimates, and supporting successful project execution from initial bid through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project documents and perform quantity takeoffs
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing breakdowns
- Develop and maintain material lists and project proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Assist in developing project budgets and preliminary schedules
- Support project teams throughout the bidding and award process
- Track project costs compared to estimates and identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in construction, estimating, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferred
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and time management abilities
- Proficiency with estimating tools, spreadsheet software, and document interpretation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Valid driver’s license
