Job Description


Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support a large nuclear organization in Richland, Washington. This individual will join a small, tight-knit team working primarily on projects in the concept and commissioning phases, with some initiatives spanning the full project lifecycle. The role offers strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, joint-venture partners, EPC firms, and clients. Projects range in size and duration—from a few months to 5+ years—providing a diverse workload and the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of nuclear fuel technologies, including SMRs, TRISO fuel, and other next-generation systems.


$50/hr to $85/hr. - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
