Elder Law Attorney

Job Opportunity for Plaintiff Elder Law Attorney with Established, Reputable Mid-Size Firm in LA

About the position:

• Work directly with firm partners and one other attorney on the team dedicated to prosecuting elder law cases
• Litigate complex cases, taking on healthcare facilities
• Approachable and engaged leadership; your ideas matter and help shape the direction of the firm

• 2-3 round interview process

Job Description:

• Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs and trial briefs
• Take depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, status conferences, arguing motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial

Requirements:

• Prior elder law experience req’d (plaintiff OR defense)
• Must reside in CA
• Trial experience preferred

Compensation: $200k-$250k base salary DOE + bonuses
