We’re partnering with a highly regarded boutique firm in the Green Bay area that has built its reputation almost entirely through referrals. They’re growing, turning away work, and looking to add an Associate Attorney to the team.
This is a purely transactional practice—no litigation, no court battles, no chaos.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working directly with clients on estate planning, trusts, and business matters
Drafting and structuring estate plans, trusts, and related documents
Advising individuals and business owners on long term planning strategies
Managing an existing book of approximately 200 clients
Collaborating with a tight knit, experienced team

Job DetailsWhat They’re Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Estate planning
- Trusts and estates
- Elder law
- Business law
- Tax or real estate law
Licensed attorney (or ability to become licensed in Wisconsin)
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
