The demand for strong ECVC talent remains exceptionally high, particularly for associates with experience advising high-growth companies, venture funds, and founders through fast-paced transactional environments.
We’re interested in speaking with lawyers who have:
• 2–7 years of ECVC/corporate experience
• Exposure to venture financings, growth equity, M&A, and general corporate matters
• Experience working in high-volume transactional practices
• Strong drafting and client management skills
• Background from sophisticated national or international platforms
