ECVC Associate [Junior / Midlevel] @ Elite LA Startup Platform

Whistler Partners
Los Angeles, CA

Overview

Whistler Partners is partnering with an elite Los Angeles startup and emerging companies platform looking to add a corporate associate to its growing ECVC practice. The group advises startups, founders, growth-stage companies, and investors across the company lifecycle, with work spanning venture financings, company-side counseling, M&A, and broader strategic corporate matters.

This is a strong opportunity for a BigLaw-trained corporate attorney who wants to move into the startup and venture ecosystem. The platform is especially compelling for someone who wants high-end work, direct partner training, and a more entrepreneurial client base in Los Angeles.

Why this role?

For candidates relocating to California, the platform offers meaningful support, including paid time to study for the California bar. For someone serious about building a long-term ECVC practice in Los Angeles, this is a very real entry point.
