The eCommerce Marketplace Senior Manager will drive revenue and profit growth across third party marketplaces, social commerce platforms, and emerging agentic commerce experiences globally. This role translates and executes the strategy, launch, and optimization of external commerce channels- including traditional marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), social-native checkout platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Checkout), and AI/agent driven shopping and checkout ecosystems- while ensuring alignment to brand, owned.com, and enterprise growth objectives.

Key initiatives include translating and executing the end to end channel strategy , evaluating and launching new or enhanced commerce opportunities, and developing business cases and forecasts to support decision making & expansion. This position partners closely with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Consumer Analytics, IT, and Global Brand teams to deliver a cohesive, high quality consumer experience across all marketplace touchpoints.



Primary Duties:

  • Execute the strategies for third‑party marketplaces, social commerce platforms, and agentic commerce channels, defining the role each plays in the broader ecommerce ecosystem.

  • Evaluate, launch, and scale new commerce platforms (e.g., social-native checkout, AI‑assisted shopping environments), including business case development, revenue forecasting, and ROI measurement.

  • Ensure channel strategies complement owned.com and avoid unintended cannibalization while maximizing incremental demand.

  • Grow and optimize product assortment across all Wolverine World Wide brands for marketplaces and social commerce platforms; identify and close assortment gaps by channel.

  • Recommend strategic pricing actions that accelerate growth and expand margins, in partnership with merchandising and commercial teams.

  • Execute competitive pricing analysis to ensure strong conversion while protecting brand positioning across all external channels.

  • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across brands, regions, and channels.

  • Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to brand and executive stakeholders.

  • Partner with IT, web development, and platform partners to support infrastructure needs, integrations, and automation capabilities required for emerging commerce models.

  • Review, manage, and optimize technical product feeds, content, and attributes to maximize discoverability across marketplaces, social platforms, and agent‑driven interfaces.

  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Typically 8+ years of retail or ecommerce marketplace experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in third-party marketplaces, with working knowledge of social commerce platforms and emerging AI/agent-driven commerce models

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into business decisions

  • Ability to write and present compelling business cases, including accurate sales forecasts

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in person and virtually

  • Ability to influence key business leaders, build trust, and clearly demonstrate ROI for new and evolving commerce initiatives

  • Strong technical understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, feeds, integrations, and platform capabilities

  • Ability to lead others as marketplace continues to expand

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
