Early Childhood Educator

Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center seeks a passionate, dedicated Full-Time Infant and Toddler Teacher. We encourage you to apply if you love working in a positive, supportive environment with children and are excited about early childhood education.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants and toddlers
• Develop and implement curriculum and activities to support learning and development
• Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping parents informed through our communication app
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members

What You’ll Need:

• EEC infant certification required
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM), two late shifts (10 AM – 6 PM), and one rotating shift per week on Fridays
• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Previous teaching experience in a daycare or early childhood setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
