Job Summary: We’re looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate to support and manage our websites across our brands. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Shopify stores, including page buildout, site maintenance, quality control, and promotion execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with both operations and marketing teams to ensure launches and campaigns are executed seamlessly, while continuously improving site performance, workflows, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopify Management: Build out and manage product listings, landing pages, and site updates to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Amazon Ecosystem: Manage and update both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms, including inventory health and listing optimization.
- Core Operations: Assist the Operations Manager with general logistics, supply chain tasks, and overarching business process improvements.
- Order & Customer Support: Execute core e-commerce functions, including order processing and customer service.|

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (familiarity with data manipulation and advanced functions).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Previous experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Technical familiarity with the Shopify and Amazon (VC/SC) ecosystems is a plus
- An interest in guitars and music is a plus
