Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Openings: Multiple shifts

Environment: Large Distribution Center

We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates to support picking, packing, and shipping operations in a fast‑paced distribution center. This role involves using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick and prepare customer orders. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

• Pick orders accurately by assigned warehouse zones using RF scanners
• Prepare and complete orders through loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping
• Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Verify proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for outbound shipments
• Operate handheld scanners and work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform repetitive standing, bending, lifting, and material handling for 8–10 hour shifts
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• 2+ years of order picking or warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scan guns and inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required (certain openings)
• Ability to read, write, and understand verbal and written English
• Comfortable working with computers and warehouse systems
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift
• Steel/Safety Toe Shoes required

• 1+ year of retail experience
• 1+ year of packing in a high‑volume or e‑commerce environment
• Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or distribution setting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
