We’re partnering with a premium fashion brand seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to deliver a high-touch, personalized customer experience across their online shop. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-first, and comfortable working across multiple communication channels in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.


LOCATION: Los Angeles (Onsite/Hybrid)

SCHEDULE: On-site Daily | Full-Time Hours, occasional weekends required

PAY: $20-23/hr (DOE)


What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing professional and solutions-oriented support
  • Assist customers with online orders, product questions, and website navigation
  • Deliver personalized styling recommendations and product guidance through live chat
  • Support sales initiatives through exchange order management and abandoned cart outreach
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and complete follow-up
  • Process returns and exchanges, maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Partner closely with the Distribution Center to support efficient order fulfillment
  • Manage order flow, including fraud review, order releases, and cancellations
  • Stay up to date on promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to process improvements and support reporting needs as required


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience within fashion/apparel ecommerce
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional phone and email demeanor
  • Experience supporting customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Shopify experience strongly preferred
