Position Overview
DDAM is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand & Founder Assistant to join our fast-paced clothing brand team. This part-time, hourly position offers hands-on experience in fashion retail operations, e-commerce management, and business administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a varied work environment, bring a genuine passion for fashion and brand culture, and contribute directly to the founder's daily operations and strategic initiatives — including personal assistance and influencer relations.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support:
- Assist with diverse daily operational tasks and special projects
- Manage inventory tracking, fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases using Excel and Google Drive
- Handle multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
Personal Assistant Support:
- Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, and scheduling
- Run personal and business-related errands as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries
- Handle personal tasks and to-do's on behalf of the founder to support day-to-day efficiency
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to keep the founder organized and on track
Customer Relations & Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues via email
- Maintain professional communication standards representing the DDAM brand
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipping, returns, and product questions
Influencer & Gifting Execution:
- Execute the influencer gifting process as directed, including pulling and preparing products, packaging, and labeling shipments
- Ensure gifted packages are assembled accurately and presented in an on-brand manner
- Coordinate drop-offs and shipments of gifted products in a timely fashion
- Maintain organized records of gifting activity, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate with influencers as needed regarding shipping details and logistics
- Support the founder with any additional gifting tasks or fulfillment needs as they arise
Logistics & Transportation:
- Conduct regular driving assignments for business operations (significant driving component)
- Pick up inventory, supplies, and handle various errands
- Coordinate deliveries and vendor relationships
Technical & Analytical Tasks:
- Learn and utilize various e-commerce platforms and business software
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking sales, inventory, influencer gifting, and operations
- Assist with data entry and analysis projects
Qualifications
Location & Availability:
- Must reside within 30 minutes driving distance from our office and operational locations
- Flexible schedule availability — able to work more or fewer days as business needs fluctuate
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive/Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry
- Experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or PR gifting processes
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Customer service experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, streetwear, and emerging brands
