The Drop Team Lead helps oversee the team responsible for retrieving and counting cash boxes from slot machines, ATRs, and table games. This role ensures all drop and count procedures are completed accurately, securely, and on time.

What You'll Do• Help supervise the Drop and Count Team during daily operations
• Remove cash boxes from slot machines and replace them with empty boxes
• Transport drop boxes to the count room
• Follow all security, surveillance, and count room procedures
• Count currency and tickets from gaming machines, table games, and kiosks
• Record totals accurately and report any counterfeit currency
• Verify funds and deliver totals to the Cage Main Banker
• Help run the daily count process for the shift
• Create schedules and assist with training team members
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and coworkers
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and casino policies
• Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
• Previous leadership experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of related experience or training
Licensing RequirementMust obtain a Class III Gaming License through the Washington State Gambling Commission and the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission.
Physical RequirementsThis position requires standing and walking throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. Bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movement are also required.
