💻 EDMS Administrator – Houston, TX
We’re hiring an experienced EDMS Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing management of an Electronic Document Management System within a project-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and optimize EDMS platforms
• Develop document workflows, naming conventions, and lifecycle processes
• Manage document control from creation through archiving
• Oversee metadata, classification, and access controls
• Support audits, system performance, and end-user training
Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of experience in EDMS or document control
• Strong understanding of document workflows and lifecycle management
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience within engineering, construction, or industrial projects is strongly preferred.
