Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
  • Assist with requests for interrogatories, production of documents, subpoenas, and other legal documentation.
  • Review and investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
  • Oversee and or handle all duties and aspects relating to discovery in domestic relations litigation including drafting, responding, organizing, and administering discovery.
  • Work with discovery deadlines to ensure full compliance with scheduling orders.
  • Provide a workplace where staff feel Welcomed, Valued, and Respected.



Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Experience with legal discovery (Family Law, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented


Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60K-80K per Year
