Title: Engagement Director – Salesforce (Dallas, TX)

About the role

A tier-1 global IT services and consulting firm is hiring an Engagement Director to own end-to-end Salesforce program delivery for a major enterprise account. This is a senior P&L-accountable leadership role responsible for revenue growth, delivery excellence, and both customer and employee satisfaction across a large Salesforce program.

What you'll do

  • Lead and grow a team of technical resources, owning their professional and technical development
  • Hold quantified targets across revenue growth, order booking, operating margin, and CSAT/ESAT
  • Define and execute the long-term Enterprise Solutions strategy against quarterly and monthly KPIs
  • Drive demand generation and capture through disciplined pipeline and performance reviews
  • Lead opportunity generation and proposal development (proactive pursuits plus RFP/RFI responses)
  • Manage program budgets, KPIs, risks, and delivery quality across multiple time zones
  • Build and manage client relationships at the VP and CXO level
  • Conduct scheduled engagement reviews between customers and delivery leaders

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience leading large Salesforce programs and multi-cultural teams across time zones
  • Prior leadership of a team of 50+ and ownership of engagements worth $5M+
  • Deep functional and technical fluency across Salesforce clouds
  • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex client organizations
  • Energy / Healthcare / Medical industry domain background desirable (medical equipment, pharma distribution, healthcare technology a plus)
  • Salesforce certification (Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Admin, and/or Technical Architect)

Location: Dallas, TX — minimum 4 days in office

Compensation: $165-215k
