Job Summary
This role is for someone who sees a vision and instinctively starts building the road to get there. At its core, this is a role about execution — taking the Director’s vision and making it reality.
Friendship Circle is a mission-driven nonprofit seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Director’s Implementation Coordinator to help bring our leadership’s vision to life — across programs, major events, donor initiatives, and organizational operations.
You will work directly with the Director, serving as the connection between big ideas and real-world results. This means managing complex, multi-layered projects from concept to completion, coordinating across internal teams and Friendship Circle International, and keeping everything moving with precision and care. If you thrive on meaningful, varied work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment — and you find deep satisfaction in seeing something through from start to finish — this role was built for you.
