Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Director of Patient Financial Services to lead and oversee effective management of the hospital's revenue cycle. Responsibilities include supervising key functions such as revenue cycle management, denials management, and financial operations. The role is on-site at our Beaufort, SC location; the ideal candidate will work closely with health information management teams and other departments to ensure financial and operational goals are met while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and Hospital Revenue Cycle operations
• Strong background in Finance and Health Information Management
• Proficiency in managing Denials and related financial strategies
• Proven leadership skills with ability to oversee multiple departments and teams
• Knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in patient financial services leadership, preferably in a hospital setting
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
