Team/Job Information:
The Director of Real Estate is going to oversee the non-residential components of a large master-planned community in the area.
This position will be hands-on in the visioning, marketing, leasing, and sale of commercial property within this massive project.
They need a dealmaker who has completed deals across multiple asset types, such as industrial, retail, and office, and who has experience working with local government, EDCs, and developers/tenants.
