Responsibilities:

  • Leadership opportunity with a large-scale infrastructure and industrial organization seeking a strategic supply chain executive to lead enterprise-wide sourcing, procurement, and supplier management initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing and executing long-term sourcing strategies supporting major capital projects, infrastructure expansion, operational continuity, and enterprise procurement initiatives.
  • Oversee enterprise procure-to-pay operations including supplier sourcing, vendor qualification, contract negotiations, purchasing strategy, supplier performance management, and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives across both direct and indirect materials, equipment, services, construction support, and operational procurement categories.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements including long-term supply contracts, preferred vendor arrangements, pricing structures, allocation agreements, and supplier performance expectations.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, construction, finance, and legal teams to align sourcing strategy with enterprise business objectives and large-scale project execution.
  • Drive sourcing process optimization, procurement technology improvements, supplier accountability initiatives, and enhancements to source-to-pay/procure-to-pay operations and systems.
  • Lead and mentor procurement and supply chain leadership teams while supporting a highly cross-functional and matrixed operational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal background includes 7+ years of strategic sourcing and supply chain leadership
  • Experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, EPC, industrial manufacturing, construction, or other complex capital project-driven industries, along with strong supplier negotiation and enterprise procurement expertise.
