The Opportunity

The List Realty is entering its next phase of growth, and we are looking for a Director of Operations to design, implement, and oversee the systems that drive new business, support transactions, and enable scale.


This is a leadership role focused on designing, implementing, and overseeing the systems that drive our business forward. - creating consistency and performance across every stage of growth.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing the systems that drive the business across three core areas:

Business Generation Systems

  • Design and refine systems that generate listing and buyer opportunities
  • Ensure consistent execution of lead generation and follow-up processes
  • Track and optimize conversion points across the pipeline

Transaction & Client Experience Systems

  • Oversee systems that support listings from pre-launch through close
  • Ensure consistency in marketing, communication, and client experience
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve process flow

Recruiting, Onboarding & Growth Systems

  • Design/refine and manage systems that support agent recruiting and onboarding
  • Ensure new agents are integrated into systems quickly and effectively
  • Create repeatable processes that allow the team to scale

Metrics, Reporting & Visibility

  • Build and maintain clear KPI dashboards across the business
  • Track pipeline, listings, conversion, and performance metrics
  • Deliver weekly insights and reporting to leadership
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Ideal Background

  • Experience in operations, systems, or process design (real estate preferred but not required)
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss or similar a plus)
  • Experience building workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems
  • Proven ability to improve performance through systems and structure
