We currently manage ~400 doors and are scaling to 3,000+ units over the next 3 years, while launching an in-house maintenance company that will serve both our portfolio and external clients.
This is not a “maintain operations” role.
This is a build, scale, and lead opportunity.
• Scale operations from 400 → 3,000+ doors
• Build and grow a profitable maintenance company
• Create systems for leasing, maintenance, and customer experience
• Lead and develop teams across operations + field staff
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and accountability
• Implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking
• Experience scaling a service-based business (property management, home services, etc.)
• Strong leadership + team-building experience
• Financial acumen (P&L, budgets, margins)
• Systems thinker—can build, not just manage
• Lean / Six Sigma / EOS experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Base: $95K – $110K
• Performance bonuses tied to:
