Stu’s Home Improvement Outlet is a rapidly growing retail outlet specializing in appliances, furniture, doors, vanities, and home improvement products sold at outlet pricing.

Our core high-volume categories include:

• Refrigerators

• Washers & dryers

• Furniture (sectionals, recliners, bedroom sets)

• Interior & exterior doors

• Bathroom vanities

These products drive the majority of our revenue, and we are looking for a strong retail operator who understands high-ticket retail and inventory turnover.

Our next phase of growth includes opening additional stores and building a regional warehouse so we can buy deeper and expand our buying power.

We are looking for someone who can run the day-to-day operations of our flagship store and help prepare the company for expansion.


What You’ll Do

Run the Store

  • Lead daily store operations and staff
  • Manage scheduling, accountability, and store standards
  • Ensure the sales floor, warehouse, and inventory flow operate efficiently

Support Sales Growth

  • Work alongside the sales manager to support a high-performing sales team
  • Improve merchandising and product placement
  • Help maximize margins on key product categories

Manage Inventory & Operations

  • Oversee incoming inventory and pricing
  • Coordinate deliveries and warehouse organization
  • Improve store layout and product presentation

Help Prepare for Expansion

  • Work directly with ownership on operational systems
  • Help build processes that can be replicated across multiple stores
  • Contribute to future warehouse and distribution planning


Ideal Background

Candidates with experience in the following industries are highly encouraged to apply:

• High-volume retail environments

Experience managing commission-based sales teams is a strong advantage.


Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to store growth.

Strong performers in this role can earn six-figure compensation as the company expands.
