Job Summary:
A well-established manufacturing organization in Oakmont, PA is seeking an Information Systems Director to lead enterprise systems strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the business.
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for optimizing ERP and CRM platforms, driving operational efficiencies, improving business intelligence capabilities, and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business systems strategy across manufacturing, operations, finance, sales, and customer service.
- Drive ERP and CRM integration and optimization initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
- Partner with leadership teams to improve operational performance and profitability.
- Evaluate and deploy new technologies that support business growth and efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology initiatives.
- Launch AI-assisted quoting
- Improve quote speed and margins
About You:
- Experience leading business systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong ERP platform knowledge and implementation experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and business process improvement.
- Strong data, analytics, reporting, and integration skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership and operational teams.
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style with a track record of successful system transformation projects.
